At The Scrappy Project, we believe every skein deserves a second life — and so does every person.

We know that you and your organizations work hard to make items for those in need and we want to help you do that. Need yarn to fulfill your mission? Complete this form:

Expectations of our partners:

Track Participation

  • Number of participants
  • Age range or population served
  • Duration of program

Track Output

  • Number of items completed
  • Type of items made (hats, scarves, blankets, etc.)
  • Where the items were donated or distributed

Honor the Mission

Yarn provided by The Scrappy Project must be used for community service or skill-building purposes — not for resale or personal profit.

Share Impact Documentation

Within 120 days of project completion, we request:

  • 3–5 photos of the group or finished items
  • A short written summary (3–5 sentences) about the experience
  • Any participant quotes (when permitted)
  • Confirmation of where items were donated

Photos may be used on our website or social media to share impact (unless otherwise requested).
